Enjoy complimentary shipping within the USA on all items from KAVADOR. Orders typically ship within 2 days from KAVADOR and will arrive within 2 business days from time of shipping via UPS. All KAVADOR deliveries need to be signed for and for security reasons Kavador will not deliver to PO Boxes. All deliveries are insured by KAVADOR until the time of delivery receipt. KAVADOR do not currently provide complimentary shipping outside of the US, however if you are interested in purchasing any of our pieces, please email us at email@example.com.

STANDARD POLICY: We are confident you will love your KAVADOR purchase, however, if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your piece for FREE in its original purchase condition and packaging within 14 days of receipt of delivery. All items must be returned new, unused, in the original packaging and with the KAVADOR security tags still attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and sent back to the customer.
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
To return any item(s) for any reason you must request a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). The item(s) must then be shipped back to KAVADOR within 14 days of receipt of delivery (or within the extended holiday policy). To request an RMA number, email firstname.lastname@example.org and include your sales order number. We will email you a prepaid UPS label for your package. You must return the item securely in its original packaging, un-used, with security labels still attached and including the valuation. We prefer that items are returned to us via our own complimentary return service so that they are protected and insured. You can return using any secure means, but we will not accept liability for loss or damage during shipping.
Instructions for Return:
- Pack your item securely in is original packaging to avoid risk of damage
- For security reasons, do not write ‘KAVADOR’ anywhere on the outside of the package
- If you use your own return service ensure to insure the package for the full value of the items purchased as we will not accept liability for loss or damage
Once we receive your return in our warehouse, items will be inspected. Any item with the security tags removed, that shows signs of wear, or has been damaged or altered in anyway (including re-sizing rings) will not be refunded. We will notify you by email once we have received and processed your return. Please allow up to 5 business days to process your return, plus up to 15 business days for the refund to be reflected in your credit card statement.
